The Director of Game Design is responsible for overseeing and helping develop specifications for all game systems, balanced formulas for team stats and advancement and scripted rules for specific titles. The position is also responsible for providing feedback and guidance on the playability, entertainment value and quality of the game. It is critical that this position have the ability to communicate their vision to the technology team, the art team and the executive staff.
