The Director of Game Systems is responsible for the architecture and development of the specific rules and systems that define each of our sports titles. The game systems engine will work on top of a core technology platform that provides basic infrastructure (networking, physics, collision detection etc.) The Game Systems codebase will implement all features specific to the sport for each title including: AI, UI and player interface, game rules, teams and stats, leagues and tournaments, advancement and items.

- Work directly with business development on Developer Agreements (including the creation of product Milestone Schedules) and communicate production related issues to the appropriate parties
