Responsibilities
- Animate a wide variety of high-poly characters and vehicles for a AAA console title
- Create compelling animation for in-game motions and real-time cinematic scenes, including facial and lip-sync
- Character setup for real-time, motion-blending game engine
- Mentor and inspire junior animators
Qualifications

SR. GAME DESIGNER (JGIL3052) Champaign, IL
Responsibilities
- Design, create, implement, and iterate fun and compelling gameplay.
- Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date specs, asset lists, and other design documents.
- Provide input on the game’s vision and help champion that vision to other team members.
- Keep leads and managers advised of progress on tasks, recommended improvements, and problems encountered.
- Keep up with competitive products and upcoming releases.
- May be tasked with other duties and responsibilities in support of the project design team.
Qualifications
- At least 2 complete product cycles as a professional designer. Proven track record with AAA console products and/or or online development preferred.

- Ability to think creatively and analytically. An in-depth understanding of how gameplay works and how to create fun, meaningful experiences for the player.

- Create, edit, and mix original audio content in accordance with the project’s design goals, style, and vision.

Job Summary
The objective of this role is to dedicate resources to facilitate globally leveraging our firm’s knowledge base. The underlying premise of the position is that through dedicated development resources focusing on technical solutions to create efficiencies in information dissemination and usage we will add substantial value to our business.
Responsibilities & Areas of Focus
- Developing technologies and customizations on the firm’s wiki platform to make the use of the platform more efficient for the user. Some examples may include:
o Developing and implementing automated technology to have new edits marked as new automatically and have that function customized per user such that “new” is indicated on a per user basis, not on a content basis.
o Implementing sophisticated “search” functionality that can bring together disparate, yet pertinent information.
o Creating dynamically updated top-10 most viewed topics and voting mechanisms for new ideas.
- Developing and deploying to ensure that the firm’s information is easily accessible, complete, and dynamic.
- Creating efficiencies around communication media such as IM for the purpose of capturing salient points of transcendent ideas.
- Continuously enhancing, improving and deploying solutions to make discussion forums easy-to-use and intuitive.
Required Skills
- Experience developing, managing, deploying web-based technologies and communication media - Wiki, Sharepoint, etc.
- Experience modifying and customizing these platforms
