EXECUTIVE PRODUCER (TMMD4052) - Rockville, MD
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business development on Developer Agreements (including the creation of product Milestone Schedules) and communicate production related issues to the appropriate parties
- Serve as the primary contact with assigned internal and external developers throughout the production process and oversee developer’s high-level production processes
- Budget management against individual product P/L’s
- Facilitate constant dialog between engineering, art, design, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure open communication, coordination, and creative contribution.
- Participate in the due diligence process for internal and external development partners
- Assist the VP of Development in:
o Creation and management of franchise plans for specific product IP
o Creation, implementation and management of production processes, policies and procedures
o Identifying and/or selecting quality development partnerships for the production of future projects
o Write and hold performance reviews, mentor and develop assigned project team members
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience working as a Producer in the videogame industry
- Successful track record in the development of high profile FPS
- Shipped at least 5 titles (multi-platform) in a Producer role
- Proven track record with highly-sensitive, license-based projects
- Ability to travel to external developers
- Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight schedules and high-stress environment
