Looking for an experienced, versatile Art Director that is responsible for defining the look and feel of our flagship sports titles, creating a distinctive visual brand for our games and leading our team of artists and our art production pipeline. We will be breaking new ground in the quality and caliber of the art that Flash/Shockwave can render and the Art Director will be the driving force behind pushing that boundary and embracing that challenge. The position will be responsible for overseeing and developing concept art, modeling, texturing, skinning and weighting, character setup and animations, FX , UI and managing outsourcers. A candidate with a high-level of proficiency with animation and experience with outsourcing is preferred.

The Director of Game Design is responsible for overseeing and helping develop specifications for all game systems, balanced formulas for team stats and advancement and scripted rules for specific titles. The position is also responsible for providing feedback and guidance on the playability, entertainment value and quality of the game. It is critical that this position have the ability to communicate their vision to the technology team, the art team and the executive staff. Examples of the various game systems include: team AI, team stats and advancement, tournaments and leagues, skills and items, playbooks and penalties and rules.

The Director of Game Technology is responsible for managing the internal game technology team and reports to the CTO. This position will direct the daily activities of a skilled team of software engineers by performing such duties as project management, task prioritization, risk assessment, interdepartmental coordination, budgeting, hiring, firing, employee growth, and technology partner management.
This role is primarily focused on project and personnel management. Although candidates are expected to be highly technical, there will be only rare opportunities to write code. This position will influence the company's game technology architecture and help to develop a roadmap for the creation of that technology.
The candidate should have experience working in a multi-project environment and be able to detail past successes in managing a multi-discipline engineering team. The candidate should demonstrate expertise and passion in the field of video games and video game technology.
